    Shipping & Returns

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Shipping

    All items are sent using carriers that provide shipment tracking.
    If the carrier indicates that an item has been delivered, Epps Designs will recognise this as
    a successful delivery and will not be responsible for shipments that are subsequently lost.

    Delivery Date vs Shipping Times

    The Delivery Date is the number of days it takes for us to process, generate, print, bind, assemble and pack a diary.
    The Shipping Time is the time is takes the shipping provider to delivery a diary once they it.
    Any quoted Delivery Date does not include the time it takes for the shipping provided to physically delivery a diary.

    Delivery Dates

    The Delivery Dates quoted are indicative times only.
    During off-peak periods, the actual delivery date will likely be shorted.
    However, during high-peak periods, delivery times may be longer than the quoted time. Please be patient with us - we want you to get your diary just as soon as you do.

    Returns

    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    You must return all items that were included in the original shipment.
    Your item must be in the original packaging.
    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
    item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    If we do not receive your returned item, we cannot provide a refund.

    Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

    Where we are providing a full refund, or we have made an error in your diary, we will refund return shipping costs
    based on the quoted Australia Post price for a Parcel Post delivery from your location to us (PO Box 200, Kingswood, NSW 2747).
    Shipping costs will be refunded separately to the original order.

    Where return shipping is for Epps Designs to resolve an issue where the customer selected the wrong
    option, or where the customer changes their mind, Epps Designs will not refund shipping costs.
