All of our diaries are A4 in size and are printed on premium quality 160gsm paper.
However, for diaries that have over 180 pages we use premium quality 120gsm paper.

The sizes of our diaries (Basic, Standard, Large and Essentials) refer to the number of sections each diary contains.

For Basic, Standard and Large, each bigger size contains more sections.

The Essentials is like the Simple diary, but include more Notes and excludes the monthly calendars in each Term.

The Basic Diary includes the following sections:

• Front and Back cover pages
• Personal Information
• A full year calendar
• Four Timetables, one for each Term, shared 2-per-page
• Each Term includes:
  • Term Title Page with inspirational quote
  • Month calendar for all months in the term
  • Term Weeks with Days
  • A double page Weekly Plan (12 weeks)
  • 2 Notes pages

The Standard Diary includes everything in the Basic Diary, as well as:

• Calendar for the previous and following year
• Yearly Planner for the current year
• A two-page layout for Birthdays

 The Large Diary includes everything in the Standard Diary, as well as:

• Yearly Planner for the following year
• Four 2-page Student Checklists
• Added to each Term:
  • 2 Staff Meetings pages
  • 2 Management Meetings pages

The Essentials Diary includes the following sections:

• Front and Back cover pages
• Personal Information
• A full year calendar
• Four Timetables, one for each Term, shared 2-per-page
• Each Term includes:
  • Term Title Page with inspirational quote
  • Term Weeks with Days
  • A double page Weekly Plan (12 weeks)
  • 6 Notes pages

We use Australia Post as our shipping provider and all shipping costs are based on postage from Penrith in NSW to your location.

The cheapest shipping option is Parcel Post, which can be as little as $15.35 if you're in the Sydney area, and up to around $30 for remote areas.

The fastest shipping option is Express Post, which is not available in all areas, but should be delivered between 1 - 3 business days. Austalia Post states that delivery to capital cities should be the next business day.

Our diaries are all printed on A4 sized paper so, with the front and back covers, are a little bigger than an A4 piece of paper.

The dimensions of the Large diary are (W x L x H):
21.6cm x 30.5cm x 2.8cm (paper only)
24.5cm x 30.5cm x 3.5cm (with spiral coil)

All of our diaries are bound using a plastic spiral coil. It it flexible and very strong. And, because it is spiral, you can fold the diary over onto itself to show you just the page you're looking for.

A Region allows us to customise the content of the diary based on your geographic location. Given that school terms, school holidays and public holidays all differ based on where we live, each Region contains the appropriate dates for that location. So, when the diary is printed for a specific region, the calendars, timetables and weekly plans all have dates for your region with holidays and terms highlighted.

If your Region is not listed, let us know. We will ask you a few questions about your location and school. Once we have the school holidays, school term and public holidays organised, we will add the Region to the website and it will be available with all of the other Regions.

If your Weekly Plan is slightly different, or you need a completely different layout to what we currently provide, let us know. We are happy to create a Weekly Plan that suits your needs.

Yes, in most cases we can incorporate other pages into your diary. In most cases we will try to align the formatting so it fits in with the aesthetics of the other content. We also need to be mindful of copyright laws. There will be an additional cost for this service.

Yes, we can design a new set of pages for you. You can send us a sample of what your have, or a description of what you would like and we'll put something together for you to review. There will be an additional cost for this service.
