Once your Order Form is complete, scan and send it to us at orders@eppsdesigns.com.au.

On receipt of the Order Form, we may need to contact you to co-ordinate payment.

Using an Order Form to place your order is an alternative to placing your order online, where you might feel more comfortable using an Order Form, or you are placing a bulk order where a single payment is required along with combined shipping.
